Management service is offline... 6.9.1

I can't access my admin page from ReadyCloud (it says only computer from LAN can, even though this is the computer I used to set up the NAS).

I try to use RAIDar, it says management service is offline. I try to restart it from RAIDar, and it never executes the restart.

 

According to ReadyCloud there are no volumnes or USB disks...Which gives me anxiety and makes me assume that somehow all of my files have dissapeared?

 

This thing has been nothing but trouble since I purchased, I am not really sure how Netgear can market this as a 'product'

    Did you try powering down the NAS, and then powering it up again?
