I would recommend that you open an on line Tech Support case. Once you have the case number, edit the first post in this discussion and append the case number to the subject line.
The disks are formatted in Linux Ext format which in not natively readable on a Windows machine. There are applications that can make it readable. Of course the best option is to get the Duo functional again. Then you can copy the data over across the network. In the meantime you can pull the drives (noting which bay each was in and tagging the drives that way. I use small stickers on my drives to track them) and test them on your PC using the vendors tools. To test the drives, connect them to an SATA port on the motherboard of a desktop. If necessary, use the power and signal cables from the DVD drive on a temporary basis.
