I will open a case.
I recall both disk lights was steady on while the blue one was flashing. I don't remember how they use to be normally, but don't they indicate that the disk is present when just shining steady?
What about my idea to do the factory reset with a new disk? Would that mean that the cabinet will not recognize the old disks any longer?
