Mismatched drive replacement
I have ReadyNas NVX Pioneer Edition, 4x 2TB Seagate ST32000542AS, its been running flawlessly for 4+ years. It's running the latest level 4.2.27, running as RAID Level X-RAID2, 4 disks When I reboo...
That is a very high count and the drive must be replaced.
First check that the drive cannot be replaced under the 3 year warranty:

If it can't, I would suggest buying either a seagate nas drive:

or a wd red drive:
http://www.amazon.com/Red-2TB-NAS-Hard- ... wd+red+2tb
You should have a backup of the data on the nas.
