If you can't access the data from the system, it is possible to use data recovery software - connecting the disk(s) in the stora to a Windows PC.
My understanding is that the Stora used the XFS file system. There are a couple of specific RAID recovery packages suggested here:
Note Windows doesn't support this file system, so it won't mount the disks. You'd need to use the recovery software. Or find someone with the skills to manually mount the volume in a linux PC.
My understanding is that if the Stora was set up while the mystora.com website was still up and you know the user name and password, you can still access the data via the local network. It has the same TLS version issue as older ReadyNAS, and I've also seen reverences that it needs flash player (which is not available for current versions of windows. So, it's best if you also have the PC from which it was accessed.
