Sorry to somewhat hijack this thread, but as a user of both the WD20EFRX and WD30EFRX, perhaps you can answer my question.
I am happily running four WD20EFRX disks in my maxed-out old NV, and I'm amazed how cool they run compared to my old 1TB WD Greens. I'd like to recommend the WD30EFRX to a friend running a Pro 6 in X-RAID2, but I'd like to know, do the 3TB disks run just as cool as the 2TB version (obviously I've not tried the 3TBs myself as they're too big for my poor old NV)?
