Pease i have problem with shares folder, the shares folder can not be shown in the shares tab, but when i access from run i will see all the shares folder

Do you have the same issue when you access the admin page on a different web browser or computer? May I know also the current firmware version of the NAS?

Yes I have same problem when I will access from different browsers, I updated the framework to 6.9.1 Hi shkarmohammed,
Can you provide to me the system logs and the config file of the NAS? You may upload those on a file sharing website and then PM to me the link.
