You have 90 day phone installation support - I suggest using it (support.netgear.com)

Thanks for the answer, but when i try to ask support from support.netgear.com it comes out this error : "An unexpected error occurred while handling the request. Please press back and re-try. "
This is what the application says :

Hi coslad73,
Welcome to the community!
The installing status means it's installing the FW on your system. But that shouldn't take long. Can you confirm how did you perform the factory reset procedure? I also suggest that you use the latest RAIDar utility in your PC. You can download it here.
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
BrianL

Can you provide me the steps you took in a PM to produce this error so I may have it addressed with the appropriate team? You should definitely not be receiving this error.
Regarding the ReadyNAS, where did you get the disks? Can you try running a disk test from the boot menu? The only reason that this would take this long is during the install, something disrupted the flow and it is stuck.
