Have you upgraded your firmware, you were on some old firmware in January.
The OS reinstall is the quickest way to sort this out.
Does raidar not see the nas?
Have you considered dhcp with reserved addresses.
Although an OS reinstall is safe, you should have an up to date backup, always but especially during episodes like this.
