I can capture the snip your after but cant work out how to post it to this forum thread (reply box) i still get the problem if i turn off my firewall by the way, so i dont think its a firewall problem
how do i post a captured/snipped image on to here.... ! doh....
it is possible that it is the wireless adapter the details of network adaptors in device manager are 802.11n Wireless Lan card, Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter and Realtek PCIe GBE Family controller, i guess that looks normal but i dont really know, because the screen raidar flash screen quickly flashes when i click on raidar i suspect that it is trying to connect twice and thats possibly why it refuses me to browse when i get entry to the setup, browse, rescan etc screen.
As i said before windows media player is seeing the files on the duo but i cant edit them so i think the adaptor is probably ok, i really do think its some sort of conflict. as i said i was using a wireless dongle before which worked ok but cause other problems with the operating system, do you think it might have left a network driver on the win 7 system somewhere ? if so where would I look for it ? the dongle was a TP-Link TL-Wn321G 54M with a realtek driver
