How full is the data volume? Have you recently defragged/balanced it?

I'm going by memory, but there should be plenty of space. I want to say there are close to 2 TB free. I haven't defragged / balanced it. Is that something that I should look into doing? I haven't done any type of maintenance on this since I've had it set up. I can definitely do so if that might help.

I do suggest running all the volume maitenance functions - I schedule each of them to run once/quarter.
Though of course the NAS shouldn't disconnect from the network...
