Netgear Readynas 314 - no volume

My ReadyNas 314 has suddenly lost its volume. It is now giving the error "remove inactive volumes to use the disk #1,2,3,4".

I have seen posts before with the same issue, but none of the fixes seem to help. Can anyone assist please

Download the full log zip file.

If you need help reviewing the logs, I'd be willing to take a look.  Put the full zip into cloud storage (dropbox, google drive, etc), and and me a download link via private message (PM).  You can send the PM using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.  Make sure the permissions are set to allow anyone with the link to download.

Also, if you have any context on what might have triggered this problem, it'd be helpful to know it - especially if you were manipulating disks.  Sometimes it is triggered by a power cut or unclean shutdown.  Sometimes it happens during a disk replacement, or as a consequence of multiple disk failures.
