New disk not added to RAID
Hi, I've just replaced my second 8TB disk in an existing X-RAID / RAID 5 four disk setup on my ReadyNAS 314. The first disk I replaced in Bay 4 automatically synced etc. The second disk I repla...
I decided to re-attach it to Windows via the USB Caddy and deleted the volume there.
When I re-inserted the disk back into the NAS it started re-synching straight away. Lesson learnt.
