no raid on a business Pro edition

OK, so I found a way to get to my data. I off loaded to two drives and now I wish to do a factory reset of my readynas Pro Business Edition. For the life of me I can't remember how I did the reset last time. I looked around but nothing works. So, I preset the reset button in the back, I press the power button. I get to the menu and select factory default. I press the power button and it boot normally, no reset has happened. What an I doing wrong?

The process is on pages 28-29 here: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RNDU2000/ReadyNAS_Ultra_UltraPlus_NVX_Pro_HW_en_8July11.pdf  The last step is to press and release the reset button again.

Another option is to simply unformat the disks (say with Windows disk manager), or zero them.  Then just put in the NAS and power up.  The NAS will detect that the disks are unformatted, and do a factory install w/o the boot menu.

Done, I'm loading my data. Installed Plex and now for Logitech Media Server. I look at the latest version of 7.9.  Has anyone installed logitechmediaserver_7.9.3_all.deb? And from my memory all I need is to install logitechmediaserver_7.9.3_all.deb and then lms_1.0.9_all.deb. And that should be it; if I remember correctly.
