NV+ cannot connect to UPS on 316
I have installed a new UPS. I now want my NV+ to monitor the UPS that is connected to my 316.
"Enable network monitoring of attached UPS" is ticked.
The UPS status is OK.
The 316 and NV+ are connected to the same switch.
on the NV+, when I type the ip address of the 316 into the "Enable monitoring of UPS physically attached to a remote ReadyNAS" ip address box, and click apply, I receive an error message saying "Readynas cannot connect to the specified UPS server. Please check that UPS sharing is enable on that system and try again."
Unlike in 4.2.x, there is no way to specify allowed ip addresses for UPS monitoring, so I would assume that access is granted to all LAN devices. It seems this is not so.
Anyone seen this or have a solution.
Firmware 4.1.15 T3 and 6.2.4

- This works fine with my RN102 and my NV+ RN102 is running 6.2.4, NV+ is running 4.1.15-T3
"Enable network monitoring of attached UPS" is ticked on the RN102.
"Enable monitoring of UPS physically attached to a remote ReadyNAS" ticked, with RN102 IP address entered on the NV+
So this is the same as your setup :?
Did you try clearing the settings, rebooting both NAS and setting up again? - vandermerweMasterYes, setup is the same.
I've tried reboots with settings cleared and setting up again, same result. - vandermerweMasterTested with NV+ connecting remotely to ups attached to ultra 6+, works perfectly.
Tested ultra 6+ connecting to 316 ups - also fails to connect.
Ups is APC smartups.
So, what is the 316 doing differently? - vandermerweMasterOS reinstall has solved the problem, what a waste of an evening.
