NV+ Failing Seagate disk #23579190

Disk 2 has 752 reallocated sectors. It also has a current pending sector count of 24 and offline uncorrectable of 24 (for a healthy disk these counts will be zero) which show it needs to be replaced.
We would normally recommend replacing a disk when the reallocated sector count reaches 50 (though you could replace it sooner if you wish).
The reallocated sector count is growing very rapidly which is yet another sign it needs to be replaced.
