If you do go with the WD RED as the disk is not on the compatibility list you should make an extra effort to make sure you have an up to date backup. If something goes wrong at least then you have a backup to fall back on.
I certainly would not recommend the SeaGate ST2000DL003 (if you do get one of these be sure it has CC3D firmware or newer before buying it).
Regardless of which disk you choose it is important to have a good backup.
