NV+ Power Issue
About 3 or 4 days ago, I noticed I wasn't able to get access to my ReadyNAS. A little confused, but when I got home to check, I saw the unit was powered down. Strange, I thought, especially consider...

1. If purchased on/after Aug 21, 2007 the NAS unit would still be under warranty.
If your serial number is in this range depending what region you are in you may qualify for a free PSU replacement: http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10259
2. If disks are fine then data should be able to be retrieved.
2a If disks are fine then moving the disks to another NV+ would work fine. See http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_migrate_disks_over_from_an_existing_readynas_to_another
2b You can't migrate disks from a Sparc ReadyNAS (e.g. NV+) to a x86 ReadyNAS (e.g. NVX, Ultra, Pro).
