Currently the Netgear Store is showing the NV+ PSU as "out of stock" and the Amazon link just takes you to a listing of NV+ units.
When in stock at the Netgear Store, it lists for $120. A new NV+ at Amazon is $315 and at Newegg it is $320 (free shipping at both locations). Contacting Technical Support should get you a replacement PSU if you are in the USA and your serial number falls in the range of the NV Rev B and early NV+ when they first went with the fanless PSU. Here is the link to the service action. Although 4 years old, it was still being honored just a while back. You may have to have the tech escalate the case to the next level. Just be persistent.
Here is a link to the actual changing procedure, with photos. Since mine is long past the expiration of the warranty, I periodically remove mine to clear out all the dust that accumulates. I noticed the last time some of my capacitors are now bulging, so mine may have to be replaced before much longer. Mine is also within the service action window.
