NV+ Power Supply Failure
Apparent power supply failure in my Readynas NV+. System appears to power up then becomes unresponsive even to power button on front of machine. Smell coming from machine. Part#/Model#: RNV2-S4-R4...
There is apparently a list of power supply serial numbers that were recalled a few years ago. Mine was verified on that list, but there was hesitation to replace since the purchase was some 6-years earlier. In the end the support worked out.
