NV+ Power Supply Failure
Apparent power supply failure in my Readynas NV+. System appears to power up then becomes unresponsive even to power button on front of machine. Smell coming from machine. Part#/Model#: RNV2-S4-R4...
Right, I can definitely purchase one on my own but I'd like to see if there's any way to have it RMA'd and replaced by Netgear. I have an existing case open but they are asking for a serial number and I can't find one to give.
