NV+ Power Supply Failure
Apparent power supply failure in my Readynas NV+. System appears to power up then becomes unresponsive even to power button on front of machine. Smell coming from machine. Part#/Model#: RNV2-S4-R4...
Can I ask a silly question? The serial number of my NV+ consists of alphanumeric, including an 'S' and 'R'. Hex won't accept this. How do I convert the string into decimal to see if it falls into the range of the service action?
