NV PS failure; case number 16730879
I have a ReadyNAS NV+, SN 000D-A201-47AE with a failed power supply. I purchased the unit in June of 2007. It appears that the serial number is within the range of units with "known issues."
Please advise as to how I can receive a replacement power supply.

- PapaBear1ApprenticeFollow up with tech support since you have opened a case and posted the number. If they are not responsive, then post back. BTW - it is not considered a good idea to post your serial number in a public forum. You might want to edit that out, it will not help in this thread.
