Does that apply to support cases on my.netgear? These PSU's don't seem to exist in the UK at the moment, and because I'm (just) out of warranty the guys at my.netgear have made it very clear that they can't even sell me the damn thing, let alone replace it FOC.
All of which is pretty depressing, as the one thing you want from a NAS unit is long term supportability, rather than a bespoke PSU which seems to be utterly unavailable with 4 years of buying the damn thing.
