Just had my 2010 NV+ (v1) PSU die yesterday. Been in contact with Support online and they are inquiring if fan is not moving or if I smell anything. The ReadyNas is completely dead, no power, no light, no fan. So hopefully support can resolve and get a replacement PSU out to me. Sounds as if everyone has had very good luck with Netgear Support. I guess I should have called as it does seem to take 24 hours for anyone to respond to my updated support ticket.
