NV+ (v1) PSU died

My PSU died today. I was rebooting it when i had a loud crackle/bang/pop and the smell of fried electronics.
I can no longer boot up the NV+, there is no power at all.
very very fortunately, the warranty runs out end Mar 2014.
i'm in singapore; how do i get the psu replacement?
