So i updated the ticket at around 11.40 UK time.
Had a call about an hour later from Netgear in Kuala Lumpa, which diverted to voicemail; was sent an email by Joseph from Level 2 support at the same time, saying a replacement had been authorised. :)
Joseph called back an hour later to check delivery details.
Replacement PSU should arrive on Tuesday.
Great customer service.
