NV+ v2 Dashboard Documentation links
http://www.readynas.com/docs lands on a "Page Not Found".
The "Documentation" button in the NV+ v2 dashboard previously worked, but now fails with the same error.
Looks like someone removed a page  . The docs can be found on the Netgear support site with search though.

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredYes that page was deleted.
- chirpaLuminaryJabbaTheHut removed most of the pages on readynas.com. There should have been a redirect for that path to the NTGR support site, but no one has set that up yet.
- aksVirtuosoThe readynas.com stuff is unfortunate ;)
However, my main point is that the "Documentation" link no longer works in the NV+ v2 product. It directs to a NTGR page which is no longer active. That's bad. - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredThat can be fixed.
- chirpaLuminaryIt's literally a 15 second fix. There is an .htaccess file on readynas.com that redirects that /docs to kb.netgear.com. Just have to update that line with a working URL.
- aksVirtuosoWhat link does the NV+ v2 "Documentation" button jump to (I can't see the link it uses)?
- chirpaLuminaryIt would likely just send you here: http://support.netgear.com/product/RND2 ... %2bv2%2429
Which has the Hardware and Software manual. - aksVirtuosoHi, on the NV+ v2 the link in dashboard is no longer working. I can search the NTGR site and find them manually, but I want to report the current 5.3.8 software points to a dead link. Can I find the link from my side (it's not obvious because it is generated dynamically when clicked)?
- chirpaLuminaryYou can contact support. Eventually the developers will notice this thread; mdgm will likely notify them, as they visit here anymore unless forced to.
- aksVirtuosoLooking at the PDF manuals, it shows "www.readynas.com/documentation" so that's possibly the link in the software too, i.e. a redirect on readynas.com should fix the issue.
