NV+ v2 Loud Fan after Firmware Upgrade

I just got mine and it updated to 5.3.6 after I powered it on. I put 4 empty disk in there and it started building the xraid2. But it took 4.5 hours to sync the last disk. Is that normal? I thought since I deleted the volumes on the disk before I put them in, it shouldn't need so much time to build a parity on an empty raid? While it's building the temp fluctuate between 42 to 48 and I experience the same noisy fan as you guys. It goes up to 3k rpm and is quite loud but will drop down for a bit and goes back up again.
