NV+ v2 Loud Fan after Firmware Upgrade
After upgrading the firmware to 5.3.6, the fan in my unit randomly decides to go full blast. The disks and the unit always sit at around 40 deg c, but the unit decides that it is hot and blasts the...
The log does not show anything odd that I can see. After working the system quite hard, the disk temps are at 29/30dC, and fan is still 1365 rpm.
What is "normal" for the fan speed? Can the fan ever be shut off completely (at a low temp)?
