Hi i have the same Problem with my ReadyNAS NV+ v2... I have 1TB,1TB,2TB,2TB Disks inside. Disk are no hotter than around 40 degrees celcius.
Even if the disks spun down the FAN runs at 1365rpm... Sometimes it spuns up to 2800rpm for now reasons for hours..
I already did, OS Reinstall, Factory Reset, Disabled Genie Stuff etc... I dont know what to do.
Which FAN exactly should i buy if i want to swap it ?
