NV+ with 6TB disks - have anybody tried?
Hi, I`ve got a couple old sturdy NV+ devices that we used at the office many years ago, I`ve got 2TB disks in them right now, but I`m wondering if there is anybody here who have tried 5TB or even 6TB disks in them? Is there any reason it should`nt work?
I`m thinking of using it as a remote backup of our backup server, so performance is not really that important.

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredThe NV+ (v1) which I assume you have does not have GPT support. You are limited to 2TB disks.
To see which model you have see http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/
If you want to use 6TB disks I would recommend the 314.
