NV+ Won't Recognize External Drive
I was at one time able to backup my NV+ to an external drive. Now, when I plug it in it won't recognize it.
When I plug it into my Window 7 desktop, it is recognized and I can read all of the files.
I've updated to the latest firmware. I've tried all of the USB ports. I've rebooted several time.
Anyone have any advice? I'm trying to avoid being charged for a call to the support line.

- Which model is your external drive? Could you send system log to me?
- FWIW - I always preferred to backup from the NAS to an external drive connected to my PC as I had better control. Then I went to NAS to NAS backup which is the best solution.
