NV+V2 problems

hello all
i have a few problems with my nas ( which i've had for 10+ months with no issues ) till i had a power cut and lost a drive.. which i have now replaced

however when all drives are plugged in ( 4x2TB WD Red) drives it cant boot up normally. factory reset sort of works but still unable to access the disc's and reinstalling OS get's stuck on installing addon... i've tried everything and im not at a lost cause.

can anyone give me some pointers?

    Welcome to the community!

     

    I have few questions to ask:

    • Do you still have access to the NAS' shares after removing the failed disk?
    • How many disks are inserted?
    • Do you have full backup of the files?
    • What's the RAID level?

      sorry got no access as it was raid0
      at the time of crash there were 3 drives. Now there are 4
      i didn't have a back up but this doesn't matter as much as its being used a media/sharing center 

      and there isn't a current raid level on it as it refuse's to boot so i can't seem to allocate a raid level to it.

        Hi punisher1991,

         

        This is normal if the volume RAID used is 0. Try first to scan the failed drive using the manufacturer's diagnostic tool to see if its still clonable. Lastly, I strongly suggest that you continue to work with our support team in trying to recover your data, but expect that there'll be a fee.
