password reset for readycloud
hello, after loging into http://readycloud.netgear.com/ and getting to 'manage' device page it's asking for login info. i have forgotten my password how to I reset password? thank you
Is this your ReadyCloud password or the NAS admin password?

When you click the 'Manage' button on that page, you can either use the NAS local admin credential or the credentials for the ReadyCLOUD account that you used to join the NAS.
For the NAS local credentials, the default username is admin and the default password is password. If that did not work, you may do an OS re-install to set the credentials back to default. You may check this article for the steps on how to access the boot menu and select the OS re-install option.
