Well your thread title was a bit confusing and you never mentioned in the thread clearly which one you'd purchased but one would've thought support would've known which you purchased.
If you purchased the Business Edition I would contact support about it. They could arrange another RMA or possibly to fix the issue remotely depending on the availability of replacement units.
