Hello, I am working for a local governement and we have a ReadyNAS1100 RNR4000 that will not power on and it is out of service warranty/replacement. However, I would like to know what our options are...
Call in our support - we will rma the chassis - you keep the drives just send back the chassis and the new chassis will boot up with the data. The tech will just have to make sure the chassis is the problem and not the drives - dont worry the process doesnt hurt your data
