Prb sur une baie Nas 10400
Bonjour, J ai un souci sur mon nas rn10400, J ai la baie 3 qui n alimente plus mon disque. Lorsque je mets un disque qui fonctionne sur la baie 1,2,4 sur la baie 3, je vois que la baie 3 n aliment...
Lorsque je mets un disque qui fonctionne sur la baie 1,2,4 sur la baie 3, je vois que la baie 3 n alimente pas mon disque, et donc n est pas reconnu sur la baie 3, quelqu un a déjà eu ce problème?
We've sometimes seen bays fail here (either power or SATA).
Unfortunately this is not repairable. Note Netgear has exited their NAS business
Options are
- to get a compatible used ReadyNAS and migrate the disks
- do a factory reset with three larger disks, and restore the data from a backup
- replace the NAS with a new model (different manufacturer).
On (1) - the most recent ReadyNAS platforms were launched in 2017, (therefore compatible ReadyNAS are 8+ years old). IMO, this is not the best option for you, though it might be the simplest one.
