Can someone point me to combat matrix or let me know which model supports ReadyNAS replicate and ReadyNAS remote. Those two items are my two major needs. From what I can tell model 210 doesn’t suppor...

ReadyNAS remote was deprecated back in September.  Replicate will work for existing users through the end of 2018, but I don't believe that new users can create accounts.

However, ReadyCloud is a superset of Remote, and it is available on all OS 6 ReadyNAS.

x86 NAS (RN300 and up) support ReadyDR, which is similar to Replicate.  The arm-based NAS (e.g., RN200) support several backup protocols, including rsync over ssh.  Personally I use rsync, ReadyDR doesn't fit my needs (and neither would Replicate).  rsync-over-ssh is also suitable for backing up over the internet.

This is for home use so would there be a big advantage of going for 420 over 310?

The RN310 is being phased out (certainly supported, but no longer being manufactured).  The RN420 is newer.  Either is suitable for home use.

On a side note Can any of these stream .iso directly?

That's really an app question.  ReadyDLNA and Plex do not stream iso.  Some media players can play them directly (from SMB or NFS shares).  However, that is becoming more rare (as most players now require a streaming server of some kind, and don't play media directly from a network share).
