Printer sharing with ReadyNas Duo v2
Hi,
are there any plans to add printer sharing as a feature to the ReadyNas Duo v2?
I would like to buy this NAS but i need to share my Epson C1100

- PapaBear1ApprenticePrinter sharing off an NAS is an iffy thing even if it is supported. It depends on the printer to a large degree. The OS used in all NAS units (not just the ReadyNAS) is not as robust in support as is Windows or OSX (not nearly as large either). You best bet may just to go ahead and share the printer across the network while attached to a desktop. It is not as convenient as the desktop must be on when the printer is needed. Another option would be to find a print server to connect to the printer and the network.
This is not apparently a US product. It would be helpful to those responding if you would update your profile to indicate your country.
