Thanks for the advice. I'm guessing the motherboard has died. Too bad there isn't an easy way to replace it.
I'll order a 316 and follow your instructions "exactly". All the disks are labeled.
Hopefully there isn't any problem bringing the array back online. I'll let you know how it goes!
