PSU fan replacement for Readynas Pro

Hi there,

I have RNDP6350 and unfortunately PSU fan very loud and the sound it makes is similar to tractor.
I use it as my home office backup and multimedia streamer so I have to change the faulty unit.
Can anyone recommend me a substitution for it?

Thanks in advance.

  • why not get netgear to replace the whole chassis?
defective fans qualify for warranty replacements.

+1. I'd also recommend taking the warranty replacement for the whole chassis.

Voiding the warranty by replacing it yourself with a 3rd party part that may/may not work and may damage your hardware is not a good solution.
