Quick question on 3rd Drive for NV+ V2
Hi Guys, a quick question please.
I currently have an NV+ V2 with two pieces WD 3TB RED Sata 6gbs HDD's. I'm in the process of imaging all my DVD's so I can put the originals in the loft out of the way. Trouble is I'm already starting to run out of space.
If I purchase another 3tb WD Red HDD, will I get another 3tb (or approx 2.7tb formatted) in storage space, or only an addition 1.5 gb. The NV+ V2 is running the default raid set up which I guess is Netgear's Flex-Raid. Can I install a single thrid disk or do I have to go with 2 additional discs (4 in total) ?
Thanks.

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserThe default setup is XRAID-2.
-You can install one drive (adding another later on if you wish).
-Adding another 3 TB drive would give you another 3 TB of storage. Adding two 3 TB drives would give you 6 TB more.
