Does it actually say nobody/nogroup or are the fields blank?
I no longer have an NV+ available to me, but here is my setup on my NVX. Note that the setting up the groups restricts the access to only those groups. The restriction is set by the check mark. Also check the default access field to ensure it has not reverted to "disabled".
