Ram upgrade for Radynas 626X Model: RN626X
Does anyone know if you can upgrade the ram in the readynas 626X I know it comes with two 4gb 1Rx8 DDr 4 2133 ECC memory from Transcend and there are 4 slots. Can it take 8gb chips? I know the 6...
You can use two 8GB DIMMs to make it 16GB. These DIMMs work well for my 626X: Supermicro 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Server Memory (MEM-DR480L-SL01-EU21) made by Samsung (Manufacturer Part Number M391A1G43DB0-CPB).

Thank you Marty_M I know this but was seeing if anyone upgraded these units I wanted to buy about 10 more for my office but I am going to go with Qnap since netgear does not have any answers or support upgrade I need a nas that can do more then the stock 8gb can offer
