ReadyNAS 4 - Total capacity does not add up

I cant figure out what happened to my capacity. I have one 2TB disk.
I have about 270GB used in the data folders.
Two time machine sparse bundles are about 7GB and 750GB respectivel...

Do you have snapshots enabled on the NAS? Their space builds up over time, and you might need to manually delete some. If you do, delete the oldest ones first.
You might also try running a balance from the volume settings wheel. That can free up space, though it could take some time.

Many thanks!

I suspect it hasn't hung. The more it's needed the longer it takes. Give it more time, and see if the completion percentage goes up.
What firmware are you running?

There might not be any. You can go to the share page in the web UI and confirm.

Thanks again!
You are right, balancing did ulimately finish. Tried defrag too. No increase in memory.
Please see attached re local snapshots. (from shares in web UI) Do I have any?

The normal shares page will give you some indication on the snapshots for each share.
On the "recover" page you need to click on each share. That will give you a list of snapshots for those shares (which you can deleted from that page).
