Hi Dane.
I am tranfering my data right now. My old Nas has stopped a couple of times but a restart and a new copy command has completed the copy.

After everything is moved, perhaps try a factory default on the NV+. If it becomes stable again, you can use it to backup the RN102.

Hello hby,
Stephen is correct, try factory resetting after getting full backup of the data. Disks should be inserted during the factory reset. This will allow you to reinstall the NAS, like starting from scratch.
In case it fails the reinstall, you may need to check the disks with diagnostic tools.
