Dear beisser and chirpa,
I am from Singapore and now has two ReadyNas NV+ that are down at my location.
000D-A201-2AE9 and 000D-A201-35B4
I think both falls within the affected PSU and I have tried contacting my local support from Netgear. Instead I was routed to a foreign support which inform me to contact my local Ingram Micro.
I did that and after many correspondence with their Ingram Micro support "John" and product manager "May" for Netgear which they have totally no knowledge about this problem, they give me the conclusion that the product I have is out of warranty and they cannot do anything about the problem PSU.
Please help me as both of them have valuable data inside and I don't know what other ways now to resolve them, must I really fork out another few hundred bucks to ship the replacement parts from US?
My case no. is 8893799.
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Gaiason
