ReadNAS Duo v2 HDD missing

Could you tell us how your NAS is setup, are you running xraid or raid1, or are you running 2 separate volumes on separate disks, ie a non-redundant volume.
What firmware are you running?
Do you have another copy of the data on the NAS?
Have you received any error messages about disks recently?
Can you read the smart information from the disks?
If the smart info is ok, I would suggest powering down and testing the disks using vendor tools.
