ReadNAS NV+ v3 will not power

I turned off my ReadyNas NV+ RND4210 v3 the other day.  Now it doesn't power up.  I believe it is power supply failure.  Can I buy a new power supply from Netgear?  If so, how?  My product is no longer under warranty.

Alternatively, is there a way I can get the data off of the drive?  Can I connect it to a regular PC?  Can I put it in a USB enclosure and then connect it to a PC?  I have 4 drives and had enabled RAID.  If I'm able to connect it to a PC, which drive will have should I connect?  Would it be on one drive or spread accross 2 drives?

Likely not.  They have little inventory, as the product was discontinued a long time ago.  Here are other options.
